His leadership fosters inclusive, diverse communities while nurturing elite-level talent.

Narelle T. Krizek. is a distinguished squash leader, athlete, and advocate with over 25 years of experience spanning professional play, coaching, program development, and leadership roles. A World Champion and Hall of Fame inductee, Narelle has left an indelible mark on the sport, both on and off the court. Her contributions range from pioneering the growth of women and girls’ squash across the U.S. to founding and directing the Women’s Doubles Squash Association. A passionate mentor and leader, she has successfully built initiatives, programs, and platforms that foster inclusivity, excellence, and access in the squash community.

  • Created and led the Women & Girls Summit and the Howe Cup Championships, the largest women’s amateur squash event in the U.S.
  • Partnered with Girls Inc. to introduce over 2,000 girls to squash through clinics, memberships, camps, and internship programs.
  • 2022: Winner, U.S. Women’s Doubles Squash Championships.
  • Coached elite juniors and varsity teams at The Lawrenceville School; over 70 players progressed to collegiate squash programs, including Ivy League and NESCAC schools.
