Arman Rao

Ten years ago, I picked up my first racket with Good Nick Squash, and since then, they’ve been my second family. They’ve celebrated my highs—my first bronze win, silvers, golds, and JCTs—and stood by me through injuries and mental blocks. Even during Covid, they kept me going with driveway ghosting sessions over Zoom. Coach Rob Krizek at Lawrenceville has been just as instrumental, pushing me to grow both mentally and physically. Their belief in me has never wavered, and because of them, I’m stepping onto the college circuit ready for whatever comes next.

Coming to Good Nick was the best decision I could've made for my game. They taught me how to construct a rally, think strategically, and always look ahead to the next ball. Over the past three years that I've worked with them, I've found myself as a player and achieved big goals, such as getting recruited to play in college. Whenever I need help with anything technical or just want to work on something specific, the coaches are always eager to get on court and help. I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible coaching and community at Good Nick Squash!

Got Questions which are stopping you from registering? We’ve Got Answers

What if we can’t arrive at 2:00 PM on Sunday for check-in?

That’s okay! We can be flexible with a later arrival. Please email goodnicksquash@gmail.com or text Narelle at (203) 273-4875 to inform us of your travel plans. However, we cannot accommodate early arrivals due to Haverford College’s check-in schedule.

Can we take our child earlier on Thursday?

Yes, we understand travel schedules can be tricky. If you need an early departure, please let us know your estimated time in advance.

What are the evening activities?

Campers can choose between bowling, putt-putt/driving range, or going to the movies.

What should boarding campers pack?

Boarding campers should bring bedding, a pillow, a blanket, a towel, toiletries, and a fan. For squash, pack clothes for 1–2 on-court sessions per day, non-marking on-court shoes, running shoes, 1–2 squash racquets, and goggles. For the evenings, bring casual attire for activities. Campers may also pack snacks and drinks for their room.
